To approve a
Planned Zoning Development and establish a Planned Commercial District titled
K-Lofts Revised Short-Form PCD, located at 315 Main Street, Little Rock,
Arkansas; amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; and for other purposes. Planning
Commission: 8 ayes; 0 nays and 3
absent. Staff recommends approval. Synopsis: The applicant has filed a revision to the
PCD, Planned Commercial Development, to be allowed to erect a canopy over the
existing area of outdoor seating. No
expansion of the seating area is proposed and no change to any other aspect
of the approved PCD is proposed. A
franchise application was filed for the canopy, initiating the requirement
for revising the PCD. (Located in Ward

To authorize the
City Manager to enter into a contract with Wagner General Contractors, Inc.,
in the amount of $132,740.00, to perform ADA accessibility upgrades to the
Little Rock Zoo Amphitheater; and for other purposes. Staff
recommends approval. Synopsis: A resolution authorizing the City Manager
to execute a contract with Wagner General Contractors, Inc., to perform ADA
accessibility upgrades to the Little Rock Zoo Amphitheater. |
2. RESOLUTION |
To authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute any documents necessary to convey
approximately three (3) acres of property located at 9404 Young Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, to Francisco Espinoza; and for other purposes. Staff recommends approval. |
3. RESOLUTION |
To authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute any documents necessary to convey
approximately two (2) acres of property located at 9410 Young Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, to Zenadia Zurita;
and for other purposes. Staff recommends approval. |
CITIZEN
COMMUNICATION Three (3) minutes are allowed to present a specific
item that is not already on the Agenda. This time is allotted for any person
to express a written or oral viewpoint, or other message to the Board of
Directors. A maximum of thirty (30) minutes is allotted for citizen
communications each meeting.
Individuals wishing to address the City Board during Citizen
Communication will be required to submit a yellow card to the City Clerk
prior to the official start of the meeting.
Citizen Communication Cards are available on the table in the hallway
located outside of the Board Chambers.
Citizen Communication will be held immediately following the Consent
Agenda items on the first Tuesday and at the end of the printed Agenda on the
third Tuesday. |
